System for Bubble-Free Filling of the Cooling System

Air pockets in the cooling system are very difficult to remove by bleeding in many vehicles.

These air pockets are caused, for example, by the radiator sitting lower than the engine and thus not being able to ventilate properly. This can cause the engine to overheat and be damaged.

Although the manufacturers install venting options in the vehicles, these often do not function properly and the complete venting can take a lot of time.

With the Airlift System, the cooling system is filled under vacuum, thus avoiding air pockets. At the same time, the vacuum allows the tightness of the cooling system to be checked before filling.
The filling process itself only takes a few seconds and no further venting is required.

In addition to the kit, an air supercharger (not included) is required.
