426 Hellcat Stroker Kit – displacement expansion to 7 liters
Conversion kit to expand the displacement for the 6.2 liter Hellcat engine in Dodge Challenger, Charger and Durago Hellcat as well as Jeep Trackhawk and RAM TRX.
The displacement is increased to 7 liters (426 cubic inches).
- Premium billet crankshaft from Molnar, 4,050 stroke
- Forged 6.175 connecting rods from Molnar Technologies
- Coated premium bearings optional
- Mahle 2618 forged pistons
- Bar size 4,090 (optionally oversized 4,095 or 4,100)
- Coated ring bars
- Coated piston skirts
- Piston pin made of H13 tool steel, DLC (Diamond-Like Coated)
- Top ring offset downwards for added strength
- Additional cross-section on the ring web between the first and second compression rings for additional strength
- Increased volume of storage groove between first and second ring for added strength (reduces pressure peaks that cause web breakage)
- Additional valve recesses to accommodate larger cam profiles
- Premium piston rings (butt clearance needs to be adjusted)
