The ACL Race Series engine mounts, designed for higher speeds, are characterized by the following features:

• High strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
• Hardened steel backs on all connecting rod bearings to better support the bearing liner and help retain the bearings in the housing.
• Increased pinch for improved bearing grip
• Elimination of burr formation on the back of the bearings to improve heat transfer through the bearings and maximize adhesion between the bearings and the housing.
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high speeds and to support the formation of hydrodynamic oil films.
• 3/4 grooved main bearings to optimize the bearing surface area and oil flow to the connecting rod bearings.
• Tight, consistent wall tolerances that help you maintain consistent spacing.
• Increased internal chamfers on bearing edges where required to accommodate the large fillet radius of high performance crankshafts.
