• Increased crushing for improved bearing retention
• Elimination of burr formation on the back of the bearings to improve heat transfer through the bearings and maximize adhesion between the bearings and the housing.
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high speeds and to support the formation of hydrodynamic oil films.
• 3/4-grooved main bearings to optimize the bearing surface of the bearings and the oil flow to the connecting rod bearings.
• Tight, uniform wall tolerances that help you maintain even spacing.
