Heat-resistant housing
The dual air filters are surrounded by an XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer housing with open elements that minimizes warm engine air for maximum performance. It is precisely designed and manufactured to fit perfectly into the factory installation position.
The housing is connected to the factory air intakes on each side of the vehicle to capture the coolest air available.
Silicone bellows are used for motor movement and ease of installation. All factory wiring harnesses and brackets are transferred to the rear of the aFe POWER housing to ensure factory installation.
The radio aerial, which is attached to the factory airbox, is also transferred to the aFe POWER housing. To remove the antenna from the airbox, two fused plastic fastening tabs must be cut off.

The unique carbon cover is made of lightweight, high-gloss, clear-coated carbon fabric and protects the housing from unwanted hot engine air. It features a Black Series emblem and is attached to the housing with aFe POWER laser-engraved washers and screws. This cover significantly enhances the appearance of your engine compartment.

Intake tube
A lightweight, woven carbon tube guides the filtered air from the dual air filter to the engine. It has been computer designed and bench tested to increase airflow while reducing weight and improving the look of the engine bay. The pipe is made from 100% carbon fiber material (not fiberglass).

Large five-layer high-performance air filters
Dual 4" flange 360-degree radial flow air filters feature our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. They provide your engine with the greatest amount of high-flow air and in most cases deliver the highest performance gains of our filter media options. These filter media are perfect for street and/or track use. Their inverted topsides provide a larger filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.

High-quality installation material
Stainless steel worm drive clamps and a reinforced silicone hose ensure stability and durability as well as safe and easy installation. Momentum intake systems are designed with as few individual parts as possible to ensure quick and easy installation.
