One-piece heat shield
The included massive air filter is surrounded by a lightweight, black powder-coated 5052-H32 aluminum heat shield that counteracts the intake of hot air from the ram for maximum performance.

intake pipe
A lightweight, high-gloss carbon fiber tube directs filtered air from the air cleaner to the engine, eliminating factory muffler ram . It has been computer designed and tested to increase airflow while reducing weight and enhancing the visual appearance of the ram . It features an aluminum connector for the original breather hose and a built-in resonance chamber to reduce unwanted noise from the intake system without eliminating its deep sound.

Large 5-layer performance air filter
This 6 3/4″ high 360 degree radial air filter consists of 5 layers of progressively narrower-meshed cotton filter material, which is wetted with a special filter oil and can be washed out.

Stainless steel worm thread clamps and a reinforced silicone hose ensure stability and durability as well as safe and easy installation. Black Series intake systems are designed with as few parts as possible to ensure quick and easy assembly.
