RAVENOL LTC - Protect C12++ Premix -40°C Antifreeze / Coolant is an environment friendly radiator protection agent for cooling circuits of internal combustion engines based on 1.2- ethanediol (monoethylene glycol), which ensures maintenance-free corrosion and frost protection. The product is formulated on the basis of a proven inhibitor development by combining silicates with the organic additive technology OAT as long-term radiator protection.

The decisive factor for the quality of an antifreeze is no longer just the antifreeze effect (which is automatically present in an ethylene glycol-based product), but the rust protection effect. This is why car manufacturers subject radiator protection agents to lengthy corrosion and cavitation tests.

Mixing engine coolants (antifreeze) with other than the specified Organic Additive Technology (OAT) engine coolants (antifreeze) may cause engine damage and reduce corrosion protection.
OAT (Organic Additive Technology) engine coolant is different from HOAT (Hybrid Organic Additive Technology) engine coolant and should not be mixed with them.
In an emergency, if non-OAT engine coolant (antifreeze) enters the cooling system, it should be replaced with the specified engine coolant (antifreeze) as soon as possible.
