The deep, beefy sound is louder than the standard exhaust system of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 and emphasises the character of the engine.
This is not permitted, but the sound is not so loud that there are bound to be problems.

This Cat-Back™ system incorporates BORLA®'s patented SwitchFire™ technology, which eliminates the turbulent centre intersection of a standard X-pipe. The SwitchFire™ design combines the combustion impulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a customised sound.
The system is designed for performance and features the S-Type sound, which delivers an aggressive yet balanced sound with a deep tone and no drone.
This exhaust system has a 2.75-inch inlet that leads into 3-inch pipes and exits via two 4-inch tailpipes made of polished T-304 stainless steel on each side.
The system has dual-mode valves so that you can customise the sound of your vehicle.
The T-304 stainless steel construction of the system provides additional durability compared to the standard exhaust.
Ultra-smooth pipe bends maximise flow and performance, and precision CNC machining ensures an exact fit.
The entire silencer assembly is coated in black with high-temperature paint.

Important note for vehicles with cylinder deactivation:
Due to cylinder deactivation, the sound in 4-cylinder mode is often perceived as "inappropriate" in conjunction with a sports exhaust (regardless of the manufacturer).
We can remedy this by electronically deactivating the cylinder deactivation.
The vehicle then always runs on all 8 cylinders and has the desired V8 sound permanently.
