Cometic 5-layer cylinder head gaskets for Chrysler 300C, Dodge Challenger, Charger, Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Wrangler and RAM 6.4
Cometic MLX gaskets are made from multiple layers of stainless steel for greater strength, resilience and corrosion resistance.
The outer layers of the seals are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton - a material based on fluoroelastomer rubber that is heat-resistant up to 250 °C. Viton is designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of harsh sealing environments, loading conditions and surface finishes.
The middle layer or liner is an uncoated stainless steel layer that is folded back on itself to form the locking portion of the bore seal.

- 2 cylinder head gaskets, 0.040″ gasket thickness

A NOTICE: We strongly recommend using ARP head bolts to install these multi-layer head gaskets.
