System for bubble-free filling of the cooling system
In many vehicles, air pockets in the cooling system are very difficult to remove by bleeding them.
These air pockets are caused, for example, by the fact that the radiator is located lower than the engine and therefore cannot be ventilated properly. This can cause the engine to overheat and become damaged.
Although manufacturers install ventilation options in the vehicles, these often do not work properly and complete ventilation can take a lot of time.
With the airlift system, the cooling system is filled under vacuum, thus avoiding air pockets. At the same time, the vacuum can be used to check the tightness of the cooling system before filling.
The filling process itself only takes a few seconds and no further bleeding is required.
In addition to the kit, an air supercharger (not included) is required.
