Complete conversion kit (16 Hellcat hydraulic lifters) for mechanically removing the MDS function on 5.7 Hemi and 6.4 SRT engines and as a replacement for engine repairs.
Replacing the hydraulic lifters is strongly recommended for camshaft conversions and as part of engine repairs.
To prevent the check engine light from coming on, the engine control unit software may need to be adjusted.

To remove the MDS actuators that are no longer needed, you also need 4 MDS blind plugs .
According to our experience, the service life of the hydraulic tappets is approx. 120,000 km. If you are performing work on the engine and are approaching this mileage, we strongly recommend installing a new set of lifters while the engine is disassembled. To replace the tappets, the cylinder heads must be removed.
