OEM identical part for Mopar SRT Performance oil filter 5038041AA (MO-041)

This oil filter is the OEM identical part for the Mopar SRT oil filter with part number 5038041AA (MO-041), manufactured by the MANN+HUMMEL Group, one of the world's leading manufacturers of filtration solutions in the automotive original equipment and aftermarket sectors.

The filter is completely identical to the original Mopar filter in terms of design, material, filter medium, dimensions and function. It comes from the same production or is produced according to the same technical specifications - the only difference is the brand imprint.

This product is therefore not a replica or a compatible replacement, but an identical OEM part that is supplied without Mopar branding.

The Mopar replacement oil filter was originally developed for the Dodge Viper, but is also used on other vehicles that use the oil filter with part number 4884899AC from the factory due to its better filter properties.
In addition to the better filter material, the internal bypass is designed to open later than the 4884899AC oil filter.
This means that the engine oil is generally better filtered.
