Smoothboost boost pressure regulator

SmoothBoost is the first electronic bypass valve for retrofitting for the Whipple 2.9 litre supercharger.

This boost control replaces the vacuum-controlled bypass valve with an electronically controlled precision valve that lets you "smooth" the torque curve.
This control makes the driving behaviour in the transition area to boost pressure much more predictable, the transition is no longer jerky.

Best of all, you can easily limit the boost pressure as you wish via a rotary knob.
Let's say the boost pressure is a maximum of 15 PSI. In everyday life, they can then set it to 5 PSI, for example, or even 0 PSI.
If you need more boost pressure, simply adjust the regulator and it is immediately available.

The Smoothboost system enables more controlled acceleration and driving, as the bypass valve opens and closes smoothly rather than jerkily.
The higher the boost pressure of your setup, the more you benefit from improved drivability.
