The Tazer DT is a programmer for RAM DT 1500 as of 2019

Easy, plug-in installation - simply pull off the SGW module and plug in the Tazer DT Mini in its place.

There are two types of functions - those that are permanently stored after programming and "live" functions.

All these functions can be accessed via the instrument cluster, using the steering wheel buttons to navigate through the menus.

Once the Tazer is "married" to the Ram, the following menus can be accessed. When the Tazer DT is no longer married to the vehicle, the settings are available again:

Perf Menu:

• Adjustment for alternative tyre sizes up to 41″.
• Setting for alternative axle ratios
• Adaptation for an alternative transfer case LO range ratio

TPMS menu:

• Deactivate the TPMS system, if desired.
• Changing the front / rear TPMS tyre pressure warning message

Radio menu:

• Deactivate rear view camera
• Activating different camera inputs
• Activating the CD audio input
• Deactivate TravelLink (weather warnings included)

Menu lighting:

• Change daytime running light position
• Deactivating daytime running light deactivation when flashing
• Activate fog light output
• Deactivate fog light cut-off
• Deactivate One-Touch Track Change
• Deactivate Halo's
• Set LED 3. brake light type
• Setting LED Fog Light Type
• Setting LED tail light type
• Setting the LED front indicator type
• Adjust Trailer Tow output for use with Mopar kit

Other menu:

• Deactivate/activate front and rear locks (for Powerwagon axle replacement)
• Activating the Aux Switch Settings on the Radio
• Activate Blind Spot Assist (sensors required)
• Changing the splash screen to different Ram models
• Activating/deactivating the PANIC button on the remote control

Live functions:

• Lightshow: Can be called up via the key fob or via the on-screen menu. 6 preset light shows and 3 make-your-own shows included.
  Factory set to run only when parked, but can be unlocked for off-road use, parades and emergencies.
• Automatic power folding mirrors - mirrors fold in and out when ignition is switched on/off
• Up/down control of the front windows from the key fob
• Deactivate navigation lock while driving - enter addresses while the vehicle is moving
• Deactivate the camera lock - use the backup camera and/or an additional camera at any speed and for any length of time
• Auto Traction Kill - remembers the last state of the traction control and sets it at start-up
• Auto StopStart Disable - remembers the last state of the ESS system and sets it at start-up.
• Auto tow mode - remembers the last tow mode state and sets it at start-up
• TurnCAM - can switch on a backup camera when turn signals are used
• 0-30 and 0-60 Timer
• Cool down mode - run motor fan when ram is off to help cool down
• Winch mode - raising the idle speed to 2000 rpm when using the winch or bypassing (jump starting) another vehicle.
• Line Lock: Can lock front brakes for burnouts
• Rock Crawl: Can lock all four brakes by pressing the steering wheel buttons to keep the vehicle steady, especially helpful off-road.
• Button mapping: Use the cruise control up, down and right buttons as quick access to some of the Tazer DT's functions when cruise control is off.
• Engine control lamp / clear fault memory

Free USB updates by the manufacturer.

Fits:

Important: all changes are functions that are already available in the vehicle ex works, but are not always activated.
Since the software versions in the vehicles differ and changes also occur in some cases within the scope of updates, we cannot guarantee that all functions can be set/activated as described in every vehicle.
If a function has not been stored at the factory, it cannot be activated.
