Tazer JL Lite programmer for Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator

The Tazer JL Lite is an essential programmer / coder for owners of the 2018+ Wrangler JL and Jeep Gladiator.
All engine and transmission variants are supported, including export models.

Simply remove the SGW module and insert the Tazer JL Lite in its place. It is located above the OBD2 diagnostic connector. You can also install the SGW extension cable to make removal and reinstallation easier when visiting the dealer.

All functions are accessed via the instrument cluster and the steering wheel buttons for navigating through the menus.

The functions of the Tazer JL Lite can be divided into three categories:

• To the Vehicle settings is accessed when the engine is switched off and the ignition is in the "RUN" position. These are changes that are made to the Jeep, such as tire size, transmission ratio or settings that take other upgrades into account. These changes are retained even if the Tazer JL Lite is disconnected from the car.
• To the Live functions is accessed when the engine is switched on. These are processes that the Tazer JL Lite carries out in real time, only while it is physically connected to the vehicle.
• "Non-menu" live functions are not located in a menu. They are activated automatically or with a steering wheel button combination. These are processes that the Tazer JL Lite only performs live when it is physically connected.

List of vehicle settings:

• Light show
  • 6 preset and 3 custom light shows that make all the exterior lights flash
  • perfect for car shows/first responders/off-road visibility - controlled via the vehicle key or steering wheel buttons
  • can be activated while driving for use in parades, off-road and for legal police or rescue applications
• Read out and display error codes system-wide or in specific modules
• Change tire size (speedometer adjustment)
• Changing the gear ratio (max. 4.11 for 4XE)
• Change transfer case LOW ratio
• Activate/deactivate tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) system
• Setting the TPMS pressure warning limit, front and rear, between 25psi and 85psi
• One-touch return-to-stock - quick "Unmarry" function resets all settings to the default state

List of live functions:

• Activate light show
• Set winch mode speed (except 4XE)
• Flashing lights to indicate the tire pressure when refueling
• Dark mode - switches off all exterior lighting and the instrument cluster/radio/shift lever lighting when the engine is running
• Activating and switching through the camera inputs
• Display of the vacuum/boost indicator
• 0-30 Activate timer
• Activate 0-60 timer

List of "non-menu" live functions

• Deactivate AutoStopStart - The Tazer JL Lite automatically remembers the last state of the automatic start/stop system and resets it the next time the vehicle is started
• Decouple the stabilizer in 2WD mode up to a speed of 30 mph or at any speed if it is assigned to a button
• Cooldown mode - switches the motor fans on when required
• Winch mode - raising the idle speed to a freely selectable value between 1250 and 2000 (except 4XE)
• Line Lock - locks the front brakes for an easy burnout
• Rock Crawl - locks all four brakes with a steering wheel button combination to keep the vehicle stationary, particularly useful off-road (except 4XE)
• Lock all four brakes in parking position to anchor the Jeep (shortcut) (except 4XE)
• Partial reboot
