The Tazer DT is a programming device for RAM DT 1500 from 2019

Simple, plug-in installation - simply remove the SGW module and plug in the Tazer DT Mini in its place.

There are two types of functions - those that are permanently saved after programming and "live" functions.

All these functions can be accessed via the instrument cluster, using the steering wheel buttons to navigate through the menus.

As soon as the Tazer is "married" to the Ram, the following menus can be accessed. When the Tazer DT is no longer married to the vehicle, the settings are available again:

Perf menu:

• Adjustment for alternative tire sizes up to 41″.
  2020 and newer vehicles have a maximum tire size of 35″, above this the ParkSense is deactivated. This is a fixed limit.
• Setting for alternative axle ratios
• Adaptation for an alternative transfer case LO range ratio

TPMS menu:

• Deactivate the TPMS system if desired
• Changing the front / rear TPMS warning for tire pressure

Radio menu:

• Deactivating the reversing camera
• Activating different camera inputs
• Activating the CD audio input
• Deactivate TravelLink (including weather warnings)

Lighting menu:

• Change daytime running light position
• Deactivate daytime running light deactivation when flashing
• Activate fog light output
• Deactivate fog light deactivation
• Deactivate one-touch track change
• Deactivate Halo's
• Setting LED 3rd brake light type
• Setting the LED fog light type
• Setting the LED tail light type
• Setting the LED front turn signal type
• Adjusting trailer tow outlet for use with Mopar kit

Other menu:

• Deactivate/activate front and rear locks (for axle replacement on Powerwagon)
• Activating the Aux switch settings on the radio
• Activate blind spot assistant (sensors required)
• Changing the splash screen to different ram models
• Activating/deactivating the PANIC button on the remote control

Live functions:

• Lightshow: Can be called up via the key fob or via the on-screen menu. 6 preset light shows and 3 make-your-own shows included.
  Set at the factory so that they only run when parked, but can be unlocked for off-road use, parades and emergencies.
• Automatic power folding mirrors - mirrors fold in and out when the ignition is switched on/off
• Up/down control of the front windows from the key fob
• Deactivate navigation lock while driving - enter addresses while the vehicle is moving
• Deactivate the camera lock - use the backup camera and/or an additional camera at any speed and for any period of time
• Auto Traction Kill - remembers the last state of the traction control and sets it at startup
• Auto StopStart Disable - remembers the last state of the ESS system and sets it at startup
• Auto-tow mode - remembers the last tow mode state and sets it at startup
• TurnCAM - can switch on a backup camera when indicators are used
• 0-30 and 0-60 timer
• Cooling mode - run the motor fan when the ram is switched off to aid cooling
• Winch mode - raising the idle speed to 2000 rpm when using the winch or bypassing (jump-starting) another vehicle
• Line Lock: Can lock front brakes for burnouts
• Rock Crawl: Can lock all four brakes by pressing the steering wheel buttons to keep the vehicle steady, particularly useful off-road.
• Button assignment: Use the up, down and right buttons of the cruise control as quick access to some functions of the Tazer DT when the cruise control is switched off.
• Clear engine control lamp / fault memory

Fits:

Important: All changes are functions that are already available in the vehicle ex works, but are not always activated.
As the software versions in the vehicles differ and changes sometimes occur as part of updates, we cannot guarantee that all functions can be set / activated as described in every vehicle.
If a function has not been stored ex works, it cannot be activated.
