The all-new Whipple Gen 5 supercharger system features the same technology Dodge uses for its factory Drag Pak programme, helping teams set new records nearly every race weekend. Not to be confused with the Gen 3 or 4, this all-new supercharger offers industry-leading efficiency from idle to maximum RPM.
Optimised bearings, gears, rotors and housing ensure that the new supercharger works faster, longer and safer while producing more power than any other supercharger ever built. The new Gen 5 features an all-new 3/4 rotor combination compared to the previous 3/5 rotor combination, a 285-degree helix compared to the previous 270-degree helix, a new bell mouth inlet, an optimised discharge port and a larger diameter compared to length for greater efficiency.
To further enhance performance potential, the Gen 5 Whipple features a unique 112mm throttle opening with an optional 112mm billet throttle body to ensure intake airflow matches the potential of the supercharger. Top it all off with an all-new high airflow Cold Air Intake System and watch the records fall!
The supercharger system Stage 1 is a direct OEM replacement and uses the stock fuel lines, injectors and stock throttle body (or current aftermarket throttle bodies).
The Stage 2 supercharger system features the Billet 112mm throttle body and Billet -8AN fuel lines.
