The all-new Whipple Gen 5 supercharger system for the Dodge Magnum 6.1 SRT8 features the same technology Dodge uses for its factory Drag Pak ram , helping teams set new records almost every race weekend. Not to be confused with the Gen 3 or 4, this all-new supercharger offers industry-leading efficiency from idle to maximum speed. Optimized bearings, gears, rotors and housings ensure the new supercharger works faster, longer and safer while producing more power than any other supercharger ever built. The new Gen 5 features an all-new 3/4 rotor combination compared to the previous 3/5 rotor combination, a 285 degree volute compared to the previous 270 degree volute, a new intake bell, an optimized exhaust port and a larger Diameter compared to length for greater efficiency.
The Whipple supercharger system features new high-flow injectors, billet fuel lines, an oversized heat exchanger, a heavy-duty intercooling pump, all pre-formed and assembled hoses, and all necessary wiring connections for easy installation.
