Right of withdrawal <\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/p>\n

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.<\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods,<\/p>\n

a) have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;<\/p>\n

b) have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;<\/p>\n

c) have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;<\/p>\n

d) have taken or has taken possession of the first goods, provided that goods are delivered as part of an order for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).  <\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation<\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This also applies to goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by normal post; the transportation costs to be borne by you in this case are estimated at a maximum of \u20ac 180. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an extent that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods with you. <\/p>\n

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are<\/p>\n

Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, software, provided that the delivered data carriers \/ devices have been unsealed by the consumer and programming devices that have been connected to a vehicle.<\/p>\n
