La cinghia trapezoidale \u00e8 una lunga cinghia di gomma che corre lungo il motore del veicolo e aziona molti componenti importanti come l'alternatore, la pompa del servosterzo, il sistema di climatizzazione e la pompa dell'acqua.<\/p>\n

Per la maggior parte dei veicoli, si raccomanda di far controllare la cinghia trapezoidale non appena il veicolo ha raggiunto i 60.000 chilometri.
\n\u00c8 inoltre importante effettuare controlli visivi e acustici per verificare l'usura prima di raggiungere questo chilometraggio.<\/p>\n

Sulla maggior parte dei veicoli, si raccomanda di sostituire la cinghia trapezoidale a un chilometraggio di 90 chilometri (indipendentemente dal suo aspetto) per ridurre il rischio di strappi. Una cinghia trapezoidale rotta pu\u00f2 essere pericolosa durante la guida e pu\u00f2 causare gravi danni al motore.<\/p>\n

Sintomi di una cinghia trapezoidale difettosa<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Distacco delle costole (una o pi\u00f9 costole si sono staccate dal corpo della cintura)<\/li>\n
  • Usura della nervatura o della cinghia<\/li>\n
  • Crepe in direzione longitudinale del nastro (crepe tra due nervature)<\/li>\n
  • Scivoli per cinture<\/li>\n
  • \"Salto della scanalatura\" (la cinghia non mantiene la posizione corretta sulla puleggia)<\/li>\n
  • Rottura della cinghia (nota: identificare e correggere il problema prima di installare una nuova cinghia)<\/li>\n
  • Rumori (quando la cinghia di trasmissione \u00e8 in funzione si sente un cigolio, uno stridio o un rombo sgradevole)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Se sulla cinghia trapezoidale \u00e8 visibile una contaminazione di olio o refrigerante, \u00e8 necessario sostituire anche la cinghia ed eliminare le perdite.<\/p>\n
