Door de bevochtigingscapaciteit van het water te verdubbelen, verbetert het de warmteoverdracht en verlaagt het de cilinderkoptemperatuur. Dit wordt bereikt door het verminderen of elimineren van bellen of dampbarri\u00e8res op hete metalen oppervlakken, waardoor de temperatuur van de koelvloeistof tot 20 \u00b0C kan dalen.<\/p>\n<p>Het additief biedt ook uitstekende bescherming tegen roest en corrosie, waardoor gedistilleerd water kan worden gebruikt in race- of verlaagde antivriesconcentraties in warme klimaten. Het is compatibel met nieuw of gebruikt antivriesmiddel, inclusief DEX-COOL\u00ae en varianten met lange levensduur, en verbetert de warmteoverdracht in ethyleen- en propyleenglycolsystemen.<\/p>\n<p>E\u00e9n fles van 355 ml is voldoende voor de behandeling van 13,2 tot 15,9 liter koelvloeistof, wat voldoende is voor de meeste auto's en lichte vrachtwagens.
