The standard exhaust manifolds of the 5th generation RAM 5.7 are prone to cracking. These Bladerunner exhaust manifolds have 25 % thicker walls than the original design, providing greater strength and durability. The additional material helps to withstand high temperature changes and vibrations without warping or cracking.

Machined ports
In these manifolds, both the inlet and outlet ports are machined to match the factory seals. This enables maximum flow without impairing the function of the seals.

Ductile iron
Ductile iron is a particularly resistant casting material. Compared to conventional cast iron, it is less brittle and significantly more resilient. As a result, it is better able to withstand mechanical loads and temperature fluctuations.

Greater wall thickness
These manifolds have 25 % thicker walls than the crack-prone original manifolds. The greater wall thickness increases the rigidity of the manifolds and makes them significantly more durable than the OE manifolds.
