System for bubble-free filling of the cooling system
Air pockets in the cooling system of many vehicles are very difficult to remove by bleeding.
These air pockets are caused, for example, by the radiator being positioned lower than the engine and therefore cannot be vented properly. This can cause the engine to overheat and become damaged.
Although the manufacturers install bleeding options in the vehicles, these often do not work properly and complete bleeding can take a long time.
With the Airlift system, the cooling system is filled under vacuum, thus avoiding air pockets. At the same time, the vacuum can be used to check the tightness of the cooling system before filling.
The filling process itself only takes a few seconds and no further venting is required.
In addition to the kit, an air compressor (not included) is required.
