Opis

Paragon Performance brake discs for Chrysler 300C SRT from 2015 to 2023 (350mm), slotted version for the rear axle

Paragon Performance brake discs offer an effective solution to the problem of premature cracking on the standard brake discs of the Chrysler 300C 6.4. Such cracks are not uncommon, especially when used on the racetrack or under heavy use, due to the high vehicle weight and the lack of effective brake cooling. By using Paragon Performance brake discs, you can not only eliminate this problem, but also improve the pedal feel and modulation of your brakes. Paragon Performance brake discs are therefore a highly recommended upgrade option for your Chrysler 300C.

With the 2-piece brake discs for the 300C SRT, Paragon Performance offers outstanding braking and cooling efficiency that is specially optimized for use on the racetrack. The directional ventilation fins create suction for improved heat dissipation and increased resistance to cracking in extreme track conditions. These high-quality brake discs are the ideal choice for demanding drivers looking for maximum performance and safety on the racetrack. Experience unparalleled braking performance and outstanding durability with Paragon Performance brake discs for the 300C SRT.

The rotor is made of CM-250, a special cast alloy with a high carbon content, which ensures optimum bite, thermal properties, high temperature resistance and durability.
The brake disk rings are heat-treated to reduce stresses in the brake disk and thus prevent deformation and vibrations.
They are then machined with a state-of-the-art CBN surface treatment to ensure better running-in with new brake pads.

Vibrations are reduced as the lateral run-out of the brake disk is kept within 0.03 mm and the balancing is within 2 grams.
All brake discs have undergone strict quality controls and tests to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
The two-piece design allows for thermal expansion of the brake disc while minimizing deformation and ensuring that the brake disc is centred in relation to the brake pads.
A slotted brake disc improves braking stability by maintaining a clean contact surface and dissipating the heat and gases generated when the brake pads come into contact with the brake disc.
Slotted brake discs have a decisive advantage over bare brake discs in wet or rainy conditions, as they prevent the formation of water films between the brake pad and brake disc.
The two-piece Paragon Performance brake discs weigh less than most O.E. brake discs, while maintaining thermal load capacity and improving handling by saving unsprung masses.

The aluminum pots are CNC machined from lightweight 6061-T6 aerospace grade aluminum and then hard coated / hard anodized black to provide a non-conductive protective coating. The black hard anodized pots are first hard anodized and then dyed black. They are equivalent in terms of performance/durability.

The black hard coating/hard anodizing in accordance with Mil-Spec (MIL-A-8625 Type III) does not discolour in extreme heat. The black hard coating/hard anodized surface is harder, thicker, more wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.

The black hard coat/hard anodized finish provides a thick hard coat that offers greater corrosion resistance and low maintenance durability. A black hard coat/hard anodized finish holds up better when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, which is even more important if the vehicle is frequently parked outdoors.

Properties:

  • Direct fit without any modifications and designed to work seamlessly with the OEM ABS and manufacturer's braking system while maintaining factory brake bias. Compatible with OEM brake pads or accessory pads with the same pad depth

***Type III Hard anodizing of aluminum is considered a functional surface coating process. Although we always strive for color consistency, due to the nature and variables in the anodizing process, slight color variations may occur from batch to batch.
