Paragon Performance brake discs for Chrysler 300C SRT, Dodge Challenger and Charger Hellcat 2015 - 2020 (390mm), slotted version (front axle)

Due to the high vehicle weight and the lack of effective brake cooling, premature cracks on the standard Dodge brake discs after use on the racetrack or under heavy use are not uncommon.
Paragon Performance brake discs can be an effective solution to this problem while improving pedal feel and brake modulation.

Paragon Performance's 2-piece brake disc provides superior braking and cooling efficiency optimized for track use. The directional ventilation slats feature achieves suction and turbulence, directing cool air through the brake disc to improve heat dissipation and increase resistance to cracking in harsh track conditions.

The rotor is made of CM-250, a special high carbon casting alloy that ensures optimal bite, thermal properties, high temperature strength and durability.
The brake disc rings are heat treated to reduce stress in the brake disc and thus prevent deformation and vibration.
They are then machined using a state-of-the-art CBN surface treatment to ensure better break-in with new brake pads.

Vibrations are reduced as the brake disc side runout is kept within 0.03 mm and the balance is within 2 ram .
All brake discs have undergone strict quality controls and tests to ensure that the brake discs are suitable for their purposes.
The two-piece design allows thermal expansion of the brake disc while minimizing deformation and ensuring centering of the brake disc to the brake pads.
A slotted brake disc improves brake stability by maintaining a clean contact surface and dissipating the heat and gases generated when the brake pads come into contact with the brake disc.
Slotted brake discs have a decisive advantage over bare brake discs in wet or rainy conditions, as they prevent the formation of water films between the brake pad and the brake disc.
The two-piece Paragon Performance brake discs weigh less than most OE brake discs, while maintaining thermal resilience and improving driving behavior by saving unsprung mass.

The aluminum pots are CNC machined from lightweight aerospace grade 6061-T6 aluminum and then hard coated/hard anodized black to provide a non-conductive protective layer. The black hard anodized pots are first hard anodized and then colored black. They are equivalent in terms of performance/durability.

Mil-Spec (MIL-A-8625 Type III) black hardcoat/hard anodize finish will not discolor in extreme heat. The black hard coating/hard anodized surface is harder, thicker, more wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.

The black hard coating/hard anodizing allows for a thick hard coat that provides greater corrosion resistance and low maintenance durability. A black hardcoat/hard anodized finish will hold up better when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, which is even more important if the vehicle is frequently parked outdoors.
