Park release / gearshift lock made of aluminum as a replacement for the original plastic part
The transmission of your Chrysler 300C, Pacifica, Dodge Charger or Magnum is stuck in "P"? You'll find the solution here.
The required part is also available under the name "Pinky" and "Pink Thingy" known.
If the selector lever of the automatic transmission can no longer be moved out of the "P" position or no more gears can be selected, a plastic part is often broken off in the gearshift module.
The workshop usually replaces the entire switch module.
Experience has shown that this defect occurs most frequently when it is very warm again for the first time after winter or when the vehicle has been exposed to extreme sunlight.
Our spare part not only solves the problem, but also prevents it from recurring.
This part is the injection-molded aluminum version.
