Parking release/shift lock made of aluminum as a replacement for the original plastic part
Your Chrysler 300C, Pacifica, Dodge Charger or Magnum's transmission is stuck in “P”? Here you will find the solution.
The required part is also under the name “Pinky" and "Pink Thingy" known.
If the selector lever of the automatic transmission can no longer be moved out of the “P” position or no gears can be selected, a plastic part in the shift module has often broken off.
The workshop usually replaces the entire switching module.
Experience has shown that this defect most often occurs when it is very warm for the first time after winter or the vehicle has been exposed to strong sunlight.
Our replacement part will not only fix the problem but also prevent it from recurring.
This part is the aluminum injection molded version.
