The Hellcat cylinder head looks very similar to the 392 Apache cylinder head, but is only produced in very small numbers and with special tools.
While the Apache head is made of 319 aluminum, Mopar uses specially heat-treated 356-T6 aluminum for the Hellcat version, which results in better thermal conductivity and ductility.

The reinforced valves used in our Hellcat Performance heads for higher performance levels are particularly noteworthy.
The intake valves are stainless steel hollow stem valves, the exhaust valves are solid Inconel valves, which are also used in power levels above 1500 hp.
